I know how much you wanted to be loved, protected, and chosen. You did not understand why your dad was not there. Why your mom could not be the safe place you needed, or why you felt life was so unstable???? none of that was your fault! You were just a child deserving care and comfort!
I see how hard it was for you to feel left behind, how deep those abandonment woulds cut!!! You carried so much sadness and confusion! No little girl should have carried such a burden! But even in all of that you were strong and kept going. You learned to survive and you never gave up on love, even when you felt people gave up on you.
I want you to know now that you were always worthy of being chosen and "enough." The losses you faced were not a reflection on who you are but what others could not give.
Today, I am here for you!! I will not leave you!! I will protect you!! I will love you!! You are safe now! You do not have to be afraid of being abandoned. I will not let you go!!!
