THE UNCONSCIOUS MARRIAGE

I noticed getting "huffy" with my wife when she asked me to do something. Where was this coming from? I remember my dad treating my mom like this. My unconscious mind was controlling me. I decided to change it. And I did

I believe the unconsious mind controls us as adults and deeply affects our marriage. Events from childhood or previous relationships can find themselves re-occuring without us even realizing it.

In therapy I believe it is important to find ways to release the unconscious, heal the soul, find new solutions, and develop new habits in marriage. This takes time and consciously focusing. Marriage counseling can assist in sorting all of this out and finding a new "conscious marriage."
